IOSH Managing Safely Refresher

The 1-day IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course is available to those who have obtained the full IOSH Managing Safely course within the last three years and who wish to update and refresh their knowledge with the latest health and safety issues and best practice.

Specifically, the IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course aims to revise key management responsibilities from the full IOSH Managing Safely course, and update relevant changes in good practice guidance, health and safety legislation and standards.

The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course will cover relevant issues such as:

• Revisiting managing safely
• Risk Assessment
• Controlling risks
• Understanding your health and safety responsibilities
• Incident and accident investigation
• Measuring performance

Course Tutors

Our IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course tutors are experienced professionals with an appropriate background in risk management. All tutors hold professional membership of the chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Assessment

At the end of the course, delegates are required to undertake a multi-format assessment. Those who successfully complete the assessment are awarded the IOSH Managing Safely Refresher Certificate.
